Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
The cut-off time for priority and express shipping is 12pm PST. Any orders placed after 12pm PST that are priority or express may not be processed the same day.
UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned from failed delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a $10 restocking fee for reshipment. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount.
To reship the item, please contact us prior to the refund so we can process your request. Reshipping charges may occur.
We ask that international orders be placed via PayPal for processing convenience. Orders are processed within 2 business days but international shipment delivery times vary depending on the location and the customs process. All international shipments will be sent out by USPS First Class International Mail. Faster shipping options are available by request. Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment with no refunds given.
